Before contacting support
- Check that microphone permission is enabled if you want sound analysis.
- Confirm the phone is not in silent mode and alarm volume is high enough for the siren.
- Keep the phone steady during calibration.
- Use the in-app learning feedback after alerts so local thresholds can improve.
- Remember that different phones expose different sensors, so readiness may vary by device.
